Cancelation / No-Show Policies

All appointments must have no-show protection --meaning that the appointment is secured by having a valid credit card on file -- prior to their scheduled appointment.

Reminder and confirmation calls/texts are made during the days leading up to the scheduled appointment. The salon reserves the right to cancel any unsecured and/or unconfirmed appointments within 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

Cancelations made with less than 24 hrs notice may be subject to a late-cancelation fee totaling up to 50% the amount of the scheduled service, based on the salon's discretion.

No-show appointments, or missed appointments with no notice, will be charged a no-show fee totaling up to 100% the amount of the scheduled service, based on the salon's discretion.

All balances must be settled before another appointment can be scheduled.
