Take the guesswork out of booking. Learn more about what makes each service unique and feel confident knowing the appointment you choose means one step closer to achieving your hair goals.

Retouch

This service covers up to 12 weeks of new growth (approximately  1.5") with demi-permanent or vivid color with a processing time of 20 minutes. These types deposit color, meaning they produce results with the same level/depth/darkness as your natural regrowth or darker.

—Best for root melts and grey blending

Note: For 100% grey coverage, base softening, and achieving results 1-2 shades lighter than your natural regrowth, choose our "Express Retouch" option— we use Milk Shake's 9 Minutes color line for reliable, permanent results that remain gentle on scalps

Choose if you:

• are maintaining a previous color or blending regrowth lines

• want to camouflage grey or white hair at the scalp with luminous coverage

Express Retouch

This service uses permanent color to cover up to 12 weeks of new growth (approximately  1.5") and has a processing time of 9 minutes. This type lifts and deposits color, meaning they produce results up to 2 shades lighter than your natural regrowth or darker.

—Best for 100% grey coverage, grey blending, or base softening services

We use Milk Shake's 9 Minutes color line for reliable, permanent results that remain gentle on scalps. However, if you are extra sensitive or are concerned about discomfort during processing, we have additives to reduce scalp discomfort upon request.

Note: Permanent color can only lift natural, unprocessed hair. If you're looking to go lighter on previously colored hair, see our highlight or solid blonding services

Choose if you:

• want 100% grey coverage

• are more than 50% grey

• like a more matte finish

• want to shift your base color slightly that mimics sun lightening, but with more tonal control against warmth

Full Length Color

This service covers from roots to the ends for an even, consistent look. The type of color (permanent/demi/semi/vivids) will be determined upon consultation to ensure the best results.

—Best for refreshing an overall shade, going darker, or evening out faded color

Choose if you:

• want root to tip application OR your outgrowth is longer than 12 weeks (approximately 1.5")

• this is your first color application or first color session in a long time

• want to go darker all over (1-2 levels of lift can only be achieved on natural, unprocessed hair)

Solid Blonding Retouch

applies lightening product to the regrowth around the entire head, creating a solid, overall lighter color

(aka "double process", "lift & tone", "platinum card", "all-over blonde")

—Best for platinum looks or the first step required for most vivid color applications

Choose if you:

want to maintain a previous solid blonding color

want to prep the hair for vivid color retouch applications

All-Over Solid Blonding

a global lightening application, root to tip, around the entire head, creating a solid, overall lighter color

(aka "double process", "lift & tone", "platinum card", "all-over blonde")

—Best for color correction, the first session towards platinum looks, or the first step required for most vivid color applications

Choose if you:

want to achieve a color that is 2 or more shades lighter than your current color

• want to lift out previously applied color

• have gone more than 12 weeks since your last solid blonding application

Note: The first session of solid blonding looks different for every appointment and can vary drastically in terms of price, timing, and realistic possible outcomes. That is why a complimentary consultation is required prior to booking this service.
